Owner and MD Tatiana Kovalenko

After successful completion of a one year student exchange programme program in the USA, Tatiana entered Belarusian State University and graduated with a BA in International Law and Foreign Languages (English and German) from the faculty of International Relations. She moved to Ireland in 2001 and worked as a journalist for a Russian newspaper, as a community interpreter, freelance translator and teacher of English serving immigrant community in Ireland. Tatiana was involved in teaching Community Interpreting course in DCU 2008 and in 2009 was elected a Board Member of the Migrants Rights Centre Ireland. From 2006 to the present day she has run translation agency Instant Translation and continued working as a conference interpreter and a certified Russian translator.

Paula Garuz – Spanish, English, French & Catalan Translator

After graduating in Translation and Interpreting in Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain, in 2006 I moved to Ireland and completed a Master of Arts in Translation Studies in Dublin City University, Dublin, Ireland. I was also appointed sworn translator and interpreter by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2007. I am a qualifed teacher of Spanish as a foreign language by Instituto Cervantes in Dublin, Ireland.

Michel Gurajek – Polish & English Translator

I hold a degree in Applied Languages and Translating, and have been working in the translation business for 11 years. It’s a hobby as well as a job! My other hobby is IT – anything to do with software and hardware. Through these interests, I have become an expert in IT translations and localization. I also have a considerable experience in medical translations (both general and specialised), legal translation (criminal and civil law) and, being a writer myself – literary translations. No translation is too difficult for me and they are all completed to the highest standard.

I have been working in the translation industry for more than 30 years. Doing translations is not only my job, but is also a hobby. I pride myself on always completing my work to deadline. In fact, my motto is: Better one minute early than one second late! My strongest points are a vast experience in translating and subtitling for television, being proficient in trying to achieve perfectness and punctuality. I have experience translating all kind of documents (from tourism guidebooks to diplomas) but my main specialization is in the areas of cinema, music and sports.
